Refund policy
ALL IN STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE
ONLINE ORDERS: ALL items with the EXCEPTION OF ALL SALE ITEMS offered at a discounted rate or under the sale category, SPECIAL/PREORDERS, ACCESSORIES, AND JOVANI STYLES are eligible for a return, please see below exception & rules:
- All returns must be sent back in original condition.
- Original tags must be attached & intact.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, smoke free, deodorant free, make-up free and damage free.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damage item, please contact LDI by email at: info@shoplisadean.com within 24 hours of the delivery date.
How to make a return
- Return for an exchange:
- Email info@shoplisadean.com within 3 business days of receiving the item to request a return for exchange. Please include the Order Number, product, and size you are returning and list the item and size you would like replace with.
- NOTE: Please check item availability online to make sure the item you want is in stock.
- Exchange will only be available for in stock items.
- If there is a price difference in the item, you will be responsible for any additional and Lisa Dean will refund any overage.
- Return and exchange shipping and cost are the customers responsibility.
- The replacement item will ship within 3 business days once the exchanged item is received.
- Email info@shoplisadean.com within 3 business days of receiving the item to request a return for exchange. Please include the Order Number, product, and size you are returning and list the item and size you would like replace with.
- Return for a refund:
- Email info@shoplisadean.com within 3 business days of receiving the item to request a return for refund.
- Once accepted, return must be postmarked within 10 days of the receipt of order.
- Return shipping and costs are the customers responsibility.
- A 10% processing and restocking fee will be applied when processing.
- Returns are applied to original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
- No returns for store credit.
- When mailing a return.
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged. LDI is not responsible for items that are lost or damage during their return.
- Please provide a copy of the original receipt, including your name and order number in the package.

- Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed or contacted when your return has been processed.
- AN INELIGIBLE RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE ITEM WILL BE DONATED TO A LDI FAVORITE CHARITY.
