Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping our pre-orders! These pieces are made or reserved just for you, which means a little extra time before they ship — but so worth the wait 🤍

How It Works

We process pre-orders in two monthly cycles:

• Cycle 1: Orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month
• Cycle 2: Orders placed between the 16th and the end of the month

Once a cycle closes, those orders move into production and preparation for shipment.

Estimated Shipping Time

Pre-order items ship approximately 3–4 weeks after the last day of the cycle your order falls into.

For example:

• If you order on October 10, your piece is part of Cycle 1 and will ship November 7–14.
• If you order on October 20, that’s Cycle 2, and your order ships November 20–27.

These are estimated timelines — we do our best to stay on schedule, but please allow a little flexibility for production or carrier delays.

Combining Pre-Orders and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock styles, everything will ship together once your pre-order item is ready.
Want your in-stock items sooner? Just place them in a separate order!

Cancellations & Returns

Because pre-order items are made specially for you, they are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once the order window has closed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
